Entries close 17 September

Have you got your entry in?

Entry forms can be downloaded from the school website at www.cranleighps.act.edu.au/artshow/artists.

We are looking forward to lots of entries again this year. So spread the word to your artist friends.

One of our entrants is Belinda Warren who has entered 4 of her beautiful indigenous paintings. She has also kindly donated an additional painting so she receives free entry for all her works to the show.

Sponsorship news

Several members of Schmooze — a professional networking organisation (see www.schmooze.net.au) have kindly donated their time to help with our marketing this year.

So we are looking forward to record numbers of visitors who are keen to buy paintings for their businesses and homes.

We have received some generous cash donations from other sponsors including Capital Chemist Group, Biozoom, Broadlex, Territory Energy, Kippax Fair, Paragon Printers and Alistair Coe

Still seeking sponsors

We still need additional sponsorship for things such as truck hire, printing and event equipment hire.

Do you know a business owner that might like to support our show through sponsorship? A relative? A neighbour a friend? How about approaching them on our behalf to see if they would be interested in helping us.

You can find further information about sponsorship on our website at www.cranleighps.act.edu.au/artshow/sponsors.

Cranleigh-Capital Chemist Artshow

Cranleigh-Capital Chemist Artshow

The Artshow is an annual event held at Cranleigh School, Starke Street Holt on Fri 15th to Sunday the 17th October 2010.

The show will exhibit and sell works from well known Canberra and regional artists and will also showcase the artistic abilities of the students.

Importantly, this year we are raising money for a Liberty Swing for students who rely on a wheelchair for mobility.  A portion of all art sales will be donated to raise funds for the Liberty swing. That is a $50,000 investment for Cranleigh, so you can appreciate we are trying our best to make sure we get a swing in place as soon as we can.
